Miss Markel is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Markel, 25S Ninth avenue. She is only twelve years of age, but she Is a master of the art of dancing, and singa with a voice which is strong and yet retains re-tains all the charms of childhood Ixs Angeles ra.pt-rs were loud in her praise when she appeared at a fete in South Park for the Rf-d Cross Ja-st July.
