Show HUN PROPOSALS AGAIN DISCUSSED Council of Four Goes Over Draft of Reply to Be Made to Germans. Clemenceau Holding Out for Vigorous Attitude; Compromise Likely. PARIS, June 8. (By the Associated Associ-ated Press.) President Wilson, it is now regarded as probable, will leave France for the United States within ton days or two weeks. COPENHAGEN, Saturday, June . ureat crowds gathered in the streets of Vienna today and outside the quarters of the entente mission. Shouts of protest were raised after a big demonstration at which the peace terms were denounced, according to a despatch received here. Union with Germany was demanded de-manded and a resolution passed calling on the Austrian delegates to refuse to sign the peace treaty in Its present form. PARIS. June S. (By the Associated I'mss.) Pending their consideration of this reply, re-ply, Fresident Wilson probably will visit Belgium, to return for the signing of the treaty. As soon as possible after that he will embark for the United States. The new week begins with the German counter-proposals still the subject of discussion. dis-cussion. The latest belief expressed, however, is to tile effect that an understanding may be arrived ar-rived at by the end of the week, with the possibility of its coming sooner. It may be significant of an early im pending agreement that the departure of President Wilson for the United States la reported as probable within ten days or two weeks.
