It will be the public's best opportunity oppor-tunity to hear this noted lecturer, who is so eminently qualified to ' speak on the condition of the chil- , dren of France bocause of her experi-I experi-I ence among the refugees ' right at j the fighting front, and her ability to tell her story .in a vivid, gripping j manner. i "The Crying Children of France," will be the subject used by Miss Francklyn in her talk at the special luncheon on Saturday ' at the Commercial Com-mercial club.
