Show VANCOUVER TROOPS WILL ARRIVE SOON Four Officers and Seventy-seven Men to Be Stationed at Fort Douglas Recruit Depot. While no definite information has been received here on the subject, the post commander at Fort Douglas is expecting the officers and men of the recruit depot at Vancouver barracks to arrive any day now. It is understood that about four officers and seventy-seven men will come to Fort Douglas from Vancouver for duty with the recruit depot here. This post will replace re-place that at Vancouver and serve as the engineer depot for the entire western department. de-partment.
