The commission an- 'lounced tonight that thus the war camp i lommunlty service becomes the only igency now offlciallv recognized in this i tork and Is charged with coordinating, Itlmulatlng and extending, where neces- ary, the activities of all other agencies. This action, it was explained, was taken V in accord with views recently expressed by Secretary Baker and also those of v President Wilson as to the necessity foi unity and coordination in the work of all relief agencies. .
