This is the figure given in ,a telegram to Governor Bamberger from the gas defense committee of the chemical chem-ical warfare service of the United States army at New York. The committee suggests sug-gests a proclamation naming a "gas mask day" in the state. While the Utah executive ex-ecutive will probably not issue such a proclamation, lie gave the telegram pub-H pub-H icity m order to- direct the attention of . the people to its terms.
