The survey was planned for operation I October 20, but owing to the epidemic of influenza which has been holding the L entire country in its grip, work has been postponed. Plana now being considered contemplate inauguration of the survey as soon as physical conditions will permit. The census, however, is not to be F confused with the work of recruiting in I connection with the influenza epidemic.
