Show INTERMOUNTAIN CASUALTIES I . WASHINGTON, Oct. 31. The following- casualties are reported by the commanding- general of the American expeditionary forces: Killed in action, 25; died of wounds, 11; died of disease, 36; wounded, wound-ed, degree undetermined, 402; wounded" slightly, 110; died of accident, acci-dent, 2; wounded severely, 67; total, 653. The Marine corps casualties to date are reported as follows: Officers: Deaths, 53; wounded, 78; total, 131. Enlisted men: Deaths, 1268; wounded, 2337; in hands of enemy, 49; missing, 193; total enlisted men, 3847. Grand total, 3978. The following Marine casualties are reported by the commanding command-ing general of the American expeditionary forces in the lists dated October 8 and 9, respectively, and are included in above total: Killed in action, 1; died of wounds received in action, 3; wounded in action, degree undetermined, 2; missing in action, 15; total 21.
