Chamberlain, which took place yesterday morning at 10 o'clock at the apartment of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Packard in the Fairmont. Lieutenant Earl Rice of this city has been transferred from Camp Zachary Taylor, near Louisville, Ky., to Ft. Sill, Okla. Mrs. Rice, formerly Miss Rae Hanson, Han-son, is with her parents, Dr. and Mrs. A. N. Hanson. Mrs. R. "W. Katz will leave the latter part of the week for San Francisco for a visit of several weeks. Mrs. Hugh Van Swearingen and Mrs. John Vimont Lyle will leave today for Los Angeles and will later go to San Francisco. Mrs. Swearingen is convalescing conval-escing from influenza.
