SPUR TRACK PROTEST Hearing was continued yesterday by the city commission on the protest of interested in-terested property owners against the recent re-cent action of the commission in granting the Salt Bake .- I'tah Railway company a modification of its franchise for a spur track on Ninth South street. A. G. Giauque. IB B. Mulliner. T. T. Burton and George (1. Smith addressed the communication for the protesters, fift-v of whom weie present. Ross Reason, for 'the company, contended lhat property values of the vicinity will he enhanced instead in-stead of hurt hv putting in 'the sour track. The. hearing continued two hours, the commission taking the matter under advisement. j
