In order that the proposal to devote a day in the nation to recognition of the service of Great P.ritaiu in the war shall have generous observance, Governor Bamberger yesterday named a committee 10 take charge of the celebration in each county. The weekday recognition meetings meet-ings are to be held on Saturday, December Decem-ber 7, and observance of the occasion in the cln i relies Is fixed for Sunday, December De-cember S.
