Show BORLAND FIRST IN CROSS-COUNTRY RUN NEW YORK, Nov. 30. Ma Bohland of the Paulist Athletic .-lub of this city won the national senior cross-count rv championship of the Amateur Athletic union over the six-inile course at Van Cortlandt park today in S3 minutes. This is 2$ seconds less than when he won the nuUoMi'.l junior titie over the same course two weeks ago. Charles Pores, the national five and ten-mile champion, running for the Pel-ham Pel-ham Pay naval station, was second in 3S:'Jl. and Jams p. Henuigan of Boston, last year's victor, who entered from Fort Sloctini, was a poor third In :;;i;-pi. Bohland led tho field all the way.
