Show U. S. DELEGATES FOR LABOR CONFERENCE "WASHINGTON, Nov. 30. Delegates of (he American Federation of Labor to the International Labor conference to be held at Paris while the great peace conference confer-ence is sitting were announced today by the executive council. They are: Samuel Gonipers, president of the federation; fed-eration; William Green, secretary-treasurer ul tho United Mine Workers; John U. Alpine, president of the plumbers; James Duncan, president of t ii3 International Interna-tional Assnc'ation of Granite Cutters, and Frank Duffy, secretary of he United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. Frank Morrison, secretary ef the federation, fed-eration, said the purpose of the i iterna-i iterna-i tionai conference is "to consider and i help the peace discussion and to esfab- j ! l;sh a new international trade union fed- j i oration." The executive council of the i federation, he said, would issue invita-l invita-l tions to the trade organizations of all I nations to participate, ;wid he added that I rpresenUilivea from all the principal na- t ion's were expected to attend. |
