Show WILL MOBILIZE CHILEAN Cruiser and Troops Sent to Port at Which Trouble Is Brewing. BUENOS AIRES, Nov. 30. The demonstrations dem-onstrations at Antofagasta have assumed such a serious character that the Chilean Chi-lean government has sent the cruiser Capltan Prat to that port with troops, according to a press dispatch received here from Santiago. The first and second sec-ond army divisions have beon ordered mobilized. SANTIAGO, Chile, Nov. 5.9, Friday. An official report from tiie foreign minister ot Chile, charging Peruvian Consul General I,!osa with responsibility for the recent trouble between the two countries at Iqufque, and specifically denying that. J,losa was forced to return to Peru, was received today at the" Chilean embassy. The consul general, the report -said, left Valparaiso on Instructions from his home office and had been shown every 'consideration 'consid-eration by tho Chilean authorities. Tn an interview at Valparaiso, the consul general was quoted as saying that he had in no way influenced his government govern-ment in the Issuance of the order for his recall and denying that his fellow countryman had complained to him regarding re-garding the treatment accorded them by the people of Chile.
