OCR Text	Show BAILEY HONORED BY ATLANTA CONFERENCE , Made Permanent Chairman of the Eleventh Annual Tax Convention. A copy of the Atlanta (Ga. ) Journal rpr-eived at the governor's office yesterday yester-day says that Wiiliam Railey. secretary of the stale board of equalization of Irtah, was elected permanent chairman of the eleventh annual National Tax conference being held in that city. Mr. Bailey was accredited by Governor Bamberger as chairman of the delegation from Utah to attend?- the convention. He was accompanied to Atlanta by Thomas P. Pace, representative in the legislature from the Eighth district, and Francis W. Kirk ham. director of vocational education educa-tion in the public school system of the state.
