QUARANTINE LAW VIOLATED, CHARGE "John Doe" Wilson Alleged to Have Exercised Privilege of Physician Physi-cian Without License. Violation of the quarantine law is charge. l against John l"oe Wilson in a complaint filed in the office of the county a uorncy yesterday. The complaint was sworn to by Frank P. Nelson, coun ty health Inspector. Wilson is alleged to have entered unlawfully un-lawfully a residence at SSC Seven h Fast street, tbe plaoe being at the time under quarantine for scarlet fever. Pr. T. J. Howclls. county physician, attributes the snread of scarlet fever in the southeastern section of the county largely to such violation vio-lation of t iie quarantine law. Wilson is alleeed to have exercised the privilege of a physician with regard to tiie quarantine without being at t fie time a licensed physician.
