Next Tuesday night, following the linnl practice of the ear, tlie "U" boys will be entertained at dinner by Muss Lucy Van Cott in the university eaieieriu, on which occasion many "U" alumni will gather to talk over the big game with the football players. It Is becoming more than ever apparent that the "V" will not "lay down" in the coming game, no matter mat-ter how hopeless the dope may make the situation appear, and that its team will battle to the bitter end. Practice will be held on Friday, after the freshmen and Tooele teams finish their game, and another practice will be held Saturday afternoon. The. infants recently re-cently played a 0-to-0 game with the Tooele boys, but believe that they can beat them in the. coming contest. It is reported that an unusually heavy advance sale of tickets for the Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day game ha been made, especially espe-cially for automobile stalls. The automobile automo-bile tickets are on sale at the untversltv book store in the basement of the administration ad-ministration building of the institution. In view of the Aggies glowing prospects nnd the stubborn defense which everyone expects the Crimson to make, an interest has been aroused in the coming game which was never before surpassed and which promises to break all records in this state for attendance. |
