Notice la hereby given to all stockholders stock-holders of Guardian Casualty & Guaranty Guar-anty Co., a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the state of Utah, that a special meeting of the stockholders stock-holders of said Guardian Casually dc Guaranty Co. will be heid at the office of said company at room 'lib, McCornieK building, Salt Lake City, Uian, on Thursday, Thurs-day, April 6, l'JlT, at me hour of 2 o'clock p. m., on said day. Said meeting is called and will be held for Hie following follow-ing purposes: 1.
