Show NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOND ELECTION. Office of the Board of Education of Salt UUte Oltv, Utah. Salt Lake City. Utah. February 8, 1016. Notice is hereby given: First That an election will be held in the several municipal wards of Salt Lake City on the 26th dav of February, 191b to vote upon the following question and proposition, to wit: Shall the board of education of S-alt Lake CUv create an indebtedness and issue bonds therefor as hereinafter stated ? Such election will be held on Satur-dav. Satur-dav. the 2'ith dav nf February, 1916. there will be five polling places for such election one in each of the five municipal mu-nicipal wards of Salt Lake City at the following places: First municipal ward, room 202 city and ; countv building. 1 Second municipal ward. Peery hotel, ; Third South and West Temple. Third municipal ward. high school, corner First North and Second West. Fourth municipal ward, Longfellow school, comer .1 street and First avenue. Fifth municipal ward. Twelfth schoob First South, between Fourth and Fifth East streets. -Second The names of the judges to conduct such election at each of said polling places are as follows: First municipal ward: 1 E. D. Hasklns, Ninth East and Eleventh i South. I Blanche V.. Musser, 779 East Seventh South. C. E. Raybould, 748 Third East. Second municipal ward: Elnathan Eldredge. S21 Washington avenue. " , . Gilbert, near corner of First North and Seventeenth West. Joseph Burdette, 237 North First T est. Fourth municipal ward: Paul Hammer, Jr.. 75 M street. Mamie C. Beatie, No. 10 First avenue. M. B. Sowles. 1121 First avenue. Fifth municipal ward: S. B. Westerfleld, 976 East Second South. Peter Lochrie. 224 Second East. Geo. E. Evans. 1046 East Second South. Third The polls for such election wilj open at 7 o'clock a. m. and close at 7 o'clock p. m. Fourth The aggregate amount of bonds proposed to be issued is two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) of the denomination de-nomination of one thousand dollars (SinOO) each, to bear interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent per annum, an-num, pavable semi-annually, and each of said bonds to run for twenty years from the date thereof. Fifth The said bonds are proposed to be issued for the purpose of raising money for purchasing sites and building two or more grade school buildings and supplying supply-ing the same with the necessary furniture furni-ture and apparatus and for Improving the grounds.
