Feb. lb: A suit to quiet title in plaintiff to lLKi acres of land on Provo bench and three and three-fourths shares of the Provo Bench Irrigation & Canal company has been commenced in the Fourth district court by George A. Smith against the Johnson & Sons Investment Invest-ment company. Plaintiff alleges that since April 9. 19ir, he has been tne owner of the property and that on February 4, lflti. defendant, by its servants and employees, entered upon and took possession ' of the real property under claim of ownership. Platn-tiff Platn-tiff asks that defendant's claim be declared de-clared null and void and requests $300 damages.
