D. 1916, an as-eessment as-eessment of ten cents (10c) per share (.being assessment No. 5) was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable pay-able immed lately to the Nevada -Douglas Consolidated Copper company at the Paul Revere Trust company, Boston, Mass., or at the office of A.
