OCR Text	Show UINTA VALLEY WATER IS-MUCH IN DEMAND Application for 3000 acre feet of water from th flow of YVhiterocks creek in Uinta valley was made at the office of the stale "engineer yesterday by the Whiterocks Initiation company. Five filings fil-ings were made and indicated the purpose pur-pose of the company lo impound the water wa-ter in as many reservoirs on the tributaries tribu-taries of tiie creek. The water is to be used to irrigate a total of 74?0.S1 acres of land. Jack Slivey of Las.il, ft Mi. filed upon .01 of a second foot of water from Hunt- ley spring; for domestic and stock water- 1 in? purposes.
