Show PROVO GUARDSMEN TO BE WELCOMED ElksLodge Is Arranging a Big Reception Recep-tion for the Boys From Utah County. Exalted Kuler O. R. Dibblcc of the local Ellis' lodge yesterday appointed a committee to take charge of the welcome wel-come that is planned for the incoming national guardsmen f mm Provo. The southern Utah boys are expectcni to arrive ar-rive over the Orein line this afternoon at 1:30, and Exalted Ruler Dibble is making every effort to provide them tho proper sort of a welcome. The committee will also take charge of the send-off that will be accorded the next Utah contingent to lea ve for duty on the Mexican border.
