Show FOOD SHIPMENTS TO PERSHING'S . BASE RESUMED COLUMBUS, N. M., June 30. Shipment Ship-ment of food and munitions to the Colonia Dublan base was resumed today after an interruption of thirty-six hours. Reports of scouts, who exploded a story that the Carranzistas were threatening threat-ening to cut the American line of communication, com-munication, have convinced army men that there is no present danger of supply sup-ply shipments being interrupted. Officers here 'today said that the line of communications was entirely open. They denied a reoort that truck trains bound from Columbus to Colonia Dublan Dub-lan had been turned back last night through-- fear of a Mexican force of 2,000 men. They said that no truck train had left Columbus and that none was then ready toleave. |
