Show OHIO RIFLE SHOT HAS PERFECT CARD SEAGIRT, N. J., Sept. 9. Captain William H. Richards of Ohio today won the Hayes individual match at 600 yards with a perfect score for ten continuous targets at the twenty-fifth annual rifle tournament here. Sergeant Roscoe Ar-oett Ar-oett of the United States Marine corps was second with a 49. Major Winkfield S. Price of New Jersev and Private W. j M. Randle of the Marine corps each j tallied 49, but Price was given third i place because of the position of his shots. Chief Range Officer Alvin Graff denied de-nied the claim of several team captains, who protested the company team match ! earlier in the day on the ground that the winning team, troop A of squadron A of New York had exceeded its time allowance. The Second New Jersey regiment reg-iment won the Columbia trophy match with a team total of 814 on the three ranges.
