This modern Lochfnvmr who inspired a Chicago Herald reporter to modernize Sir Walter Scott was Albert H. Tallin and the bride whs nfisje Josephine Margaret Horner Hor-ner of Boise, Idaho. Ranker-Torhinvar Calltn did not reach Chicago until 11 o'clock Saturday morn-Ins morn-Ins arid the marriage license clerk's office of-fice closed at noon. A long line of would-be would-be newlyweds stood in line to get the coveted license and Mr. Calltn saw there was no chance for himself and Miss Horner Hor-ner before the clerk shut up shop for the day.
