Show WITS SHARPENED. Considerable hue and cry was raised in .Salt Lake when an ordinance was introduced granting the street railway company the right to carry farm products on certain lines. In Chicago, as a result of war prices, it has occurred to the citizens that this is a brilliant idea, and they are wondering why they have not given it more attention hitherto. The Eecord-Herald says: "There are the tracks and the wires and the power stations, all very busy at certain hours and almost idle at other hours, Wh- not use, them iu some way useful at all hours?
