Show St. Paul Situation. PT. PAUL, Minn., Nov. 11. George Lennon. owner of the St. Paul franchise in the American association, late today declared that it was highly improbable the X Paul franchise would be transferred trans-ferred to Chicago. "There Is nothing to that report from Omaha," said Lennon. "You can say for me that It i certain St. Paul will not play in the Western league next season. At present John W.
