Show Denied by British. LONDON, Nov. 11, 9:15 p. m. An official of-ficial communication from Turkish headquarters, head-quarters, issued at Constantinople, transmitted trans-mitted by way ot Berlin and Amsterdam, is denied by the British official press bureau. The communication reported that the Russians in the Caucasus have retreated on their second line of defense, suffering preat losses, and that the Turkish Turk-ish troops have crossed the Egyptian frontier fron-tier and occupied Sneikzar and Fort Kl Arish and captured four British field guns and field f-lupraph material. The preps bureau says with reference to this btat erne nt : "It appea rs to consist of ialse information, deliberately spread abroad in Constantinople under German instructions." |
