Show ELGIN BUTTER BOARD PROMISES TO BE GOOD CHICAGO. April 27. The government's decree in the anti-trust case" against the Elgin, III., board of trade was entered today to-day before Federal Judge I.andis. In accepting the decree. Judge Landls declared de-clared that the action in which the members mem-bers of the board of trade directorate acquiesced marked "tho end of the coloration color-ation of butter prices." The caso was dismissed against the members of the American Association of Croamery Butter Manufacturers, originally origi-nally Joined as defendants with the LQIgln board of trade By the terms of the decree of the court, the Elgin board of trade and Its members are permanently enjoined and arc restrained re-strained from further engaging In tho combination or conspiracy charged in the bill of complaint. |
