The Ogdon delegation, delega-tion, which departed today on the special spe-cial excursion lo California, consisted of about sixty persons, who occupied two Pullman care. Tho special train from the north over tho Ogden Short Ltnn waa mado up of thrc-o coaches from Bolce, four from Butto and two Pullmans from this city. The train left Ogden at 10:30 o'clock thip forenoon and composed ono of tho three sections of the spficlaj excursion ex-cursion departing durlnc the afternoon over the Salt Lake Route-
