Tf Ilenrik Strom, president of an investment company, had remained in St. Paul he might havo been a member of the grand jury which reached a secret indictment, for embezzlement embez-zlement against himself .Tnnnnry 20. A summons for Strom to attend tho court as a mombrsr of tho grand jury was issued, but the sheriff reported to the court that Strom could not be found. Strom was nrrrslod in Ios Angelas yesterday and Sheriff John Wngoner will leave tonight for Los Angeles to bring him to St. Paul. Three additional indictments, charging grand larceny iu tho first degree, make the total sum al-lagod al-lagod to havo been embezzled $-1223.81.
