PRESIDENT IS ASKED TO WITHHOLD REPORT WASHINGTON, Feb. 1. vnUlam Mo-Hugh, Mo-Hugh, of counsel for the International Harvester company, today asked President Presi-dent Tart to instruct the commissioner of corporations to withhold from publication pub-lication his report on the harvester company com-pany during the pending trial of the anti-trust suit against the corporation. It waB represented -to the president. It is understood, that the anti-trust suits, In fairness to the company attacked, should be brought to a finish before the commissioner announces his conclusions.
