WALTER W. UTILE GIVEN 1PP1IENT At a meeting of the newly-elected city commlsslohers last night. Walter W. Little, Lit-tle, former assistant a I lorn ey for the Sail Lake Route, was selected na second assistant as-sistant city attorney, under City Attorney Attor-ney W. J. Tlarrette. The selection of .Mr. Liltle was by unnnlnicnin vote. The selection of Mr. Liltle completes the appointments In the city attorney's department. As heretofore staled, W. J. Barrett e Is at the head of (he department. depart-ment. W II. I :ra me Is lirsl assistant, and air. Little 1 second assistant. Mr. Little's duties will consist of prosecutions In the police court. There were ten applicants for the position posi-tion of second assistant city attorney, but, after a careful consideration, tho commission decided on Mr. Utile. The commission also decided upon tho assignments of tho live departments created cre-ated bv the commission bill, as followa: Public Fafety Samuel C. Park. Finance and revenue Henry W. Lawrence. Law-rence. Streets Richard P. aiorrls. Waterworks W. H. Korns. Farkr. and public properly George D. Keyser.
