Both of tho plaintiffs In the oases dismissed dis-missed this morning obtained SjOOO dam-agea dam-agea in the district court several years ago. Appeals were taken to the. supremo court, where the Judgments of the lower court wore reversed und the vases sent back for a rchearlnsr. Since the supremo court decision tho trial of the two cases has been postponed at every term of court. District Judge Howell today ordered or-dered the attorneys for ihe plaintiff lo proceed with the trial, but owing to tho absence of some of the attorneys and witnesses. It waa decided to dismiss the cases without prejudice. |
