Tho game was an interesting ono from tho start, and the result was in doubt until iho last quarlcr, when tho "frcshics" scored two field, goals. Tho crowd was a spirited ono and rooted for the high school le (Is until the whistle closed the game. The new game was not much In evidence, for tho freshmen fresh-men made most, of their yards through the Hue. Ogdcn rolled upon thoir end runa and kicking for advancing tho ball. The afternoon was Ideal for a game and the players worked hard all Iho time. TImo waa taken out but twice for injuries, but no one was forced out of lilo game. The game opened with the freshmen receiving re-ceiving tho kick off and for a. while It looked us though the high school players were going to havo everything thoir own way, for Ashton and Dlllman were piled tip on the scrimmage line. The "frcahles" punted and after a forward pass and a few bucks placed the ball on the 0-yard line. During tho scrimmage Ashton slipped out on the nide line and Sutherland Suther-land called for a forward pass. Ogdcn was fooled and. Ashton scored. The goal was miasod.
