LEASES ADDITION TO SALT PALfiGE'S PARK Augustus Ling's Corporation Will Begin Making Extensive Exten-sive Improvements. The Palace Park Amusement company, which is the $50,000 corporation formed by Augustus Ling and associates, yesterday yester-day leased from the D. F. .Walker estate live acres of ground adjoining the Salt Palace grounds on the south. It is tho intention of the lessees to Improve this truct so that the park will be more commodious and attractive to patrons. The new grounds will be equipped with benches, pagodas and other buildings. The Improvements will bo commenced on April 1 and will be extensive in character. char-acter. The corporation already had a lease on the Salt Palace grounds for live years from last November. Associated with Ling in the enterprise are Anton Friberg. George A. Whltaker, J. W. Strlngfellow and Olaf Chylraus.
