WILL RECONSIDER IBI BILL Measure Has Close Call for Defeat De-feat When Tie Vote Is Cast in Senate. Thero was a sharp fight in the senate Friday forenoon on senate bill 38,. by Marks, providing for a tax on fire insurance in-surance premiums to provide for a relief fund for Injured and disabled volunteer firemen. Tho bill failed of passage by a tie vote of 9 to 9. Reconsideration was moved and friends of the measure declare that it will receive ten votes today. Senator Lunt, who voted against the measure, having been converted to tho affirmative side of the controversy. Senator J.
