Smith, it is alleged, stole a suit of clothes, valued at SUV from tho Mullet Clothing company, September Sep-tember -0, and WhitflcUJ, on the sanio dav. stole two suits, valued at $17 each, from ihe Gardner Clothing company. Roth men. It is alleged, procured the suits for "aged farmers." who were too decrepit to come down town, and took them away, ostenniblv for tho "aged fathers" to try on. Neither tho suits nor the thieves returned.
