accident monday evening while william nunn bob henderson and J E beverage were at work timbering in towards a cave at the northern spy mine and when at a point considered perfectly safe a cave in occurred killing nunn instantly his head was terribly smashed and also liis arm and shoulder beverage and henderson escaped with some painful but not serious bruises nunn was a young man 26 or 27 and formerly worked at the bullion beck the remains were interred in the eureka cemetery wednesday eureka chief
