State of Utah, the undersigned, under-signed, Paul Billings, trustee of the Summit Sum-mit Lumber company, a corporation, a bankrupt, will sell at prlvato sale all of tho assets of the said Summit Lumbor company, consisting In general of the stock on hand of lumber, hardware, paints, builders' supplies, building materials, ma-terials, sheds, offlro buildings and office of-fice fixtures and supplies, also all book accounts and bills receivable, together with all other property of every name and nature of tho said Summit Lumber company, a bankrupt, to tho highest bidder, bid-der, for cash, at private sale.
