Show NOTICE. : Notice Is hereby given by the city council coun-cil of Salt Lako City -of the Intention of such council to make the following described de-scribed Improvement, to-wlt: To grade, gutter and curb with cement, and pave with asphalt two roadways (said asphalt pavement on each of said roadways road-ways to be twenty-four (2) feet wide and nine and one-half (9) Inches thick), with a twenty-four (24) foot park between, be-tween, on Twelfth East street between South Temple and Second South streets. In paving district No. 27. and defray tho abuttors' portion of tho cost and expense-thereof, expense-thereof, estimated at twenty-two thou- j sand nine hundred and nlnety-slx and 5-100 ($22,096.05) dollars, or nine and - 5-100 ($9.05) dollars pfr front foot of abutting property, there being 2511 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment as-sessment upon the lots or ploces of ground within the following described district, being tho district to be affected and ben-elltcd ben-elltcd by said Improvement, namely; Tho east side of lots 1 and S, block .15; the wcs;. side of lots 2 and 5. the north 1-lS.j fcot of the west side of lot 1, the south 14S.Fi feet of the west side of lot 3. block 34; the oust side of lot 1, block 1. the cast side of lots 1 and 26. block 2, Ehrlch's subdivision of block SO; the cost side of lot 1. tho cast sldo of the south -19.5 feet of lot 8. block 30; the west side of lots 2 to 12. Inclusive, cost sldo subdivision of block 31; the west sldo of the north S2.5 feet of the south 165 feet of lot 5. block 31. ull In plat "F," Salt Lako City survey. Tho total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at thirty thousand six hundred and 73-100 ($30,600.73) dollars, of which sum the city's portion 13 seven thousand six hundred four and 68-100 (S7604.0S) dollars, leaving twenty-two thousand nine hundred ninety-six and 5-100 ($22,996.05) dollars to bo raiBcd by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before the 23rd day of November. 1D0S. being the lime sot by said council when It will hear and consider such protests pro-tests and objections as may bo mado thereto.
