NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the city council coun-cil of Salt Lako City of the Intention of such council to make tho following described de-scribed Improvement, to-wlt: Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (S) Inches in diameter In tho center of Linden avenue between Seventh East and Eighth East strots, In sower district No. 1, and defray tho abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at nlno hundred sixty-three sixty-three and S0-100 (S9G3.S0) dollars, or 70-100 ($0.79) dollar per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 1220 foot abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being tho district to oe affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The south side of the cast 305 foot of the north 151 feet of lot 1; the south side of tho west 305 feet of the north l"l foot of lot 7: tho north side of tho east 305 feet of the south 151 feet of lot 3: the north side of the west 305 feet of the south 132 feet of lot S. block 40, plat "B," Salt Lako City survey. All protests and objections to tho carrying out of such Intention must bo presented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before tho 23rd day of November, 1008. being the time set by said council when It will hear and consider such protests pro-tests and objections as may bo made thereto.
