A sad accident occurred oc-curred near Wales yesterday to Henry J-Recce, J-Recce, ono of Uio residents of thut city. He, In company with Ipalah Thomas, had planned a hunting trip and tho two Btarted on their Journpy at daybreak. In some unknown manner Mr. Thomas's gun caught In tho gross as thny were trying to night at a flock of ducks and tho gun wns dlschnrgcd. Mr. Recce was only h. few feet from Mr. Thomas and tho shot took effect In Mr. Recco's right arm, near tho elbow, splintering all the bones. Ho was taken to Wales an soon as possible, pos-sible, suffering much pain beforo medical nJtl reached thero from ML Pleasant- It Is feared that ho will loose his arm. Mr. Rece ha3 been taken to Salt Lake, whoro ho will rccolvc tho bot-t of care. Mr. Reece Is a young man of about 30 years of ago and has a wlfo and baby. |
