Among tho cases which canio up for hearing were tho following: In the matter of the estate of Ulrlch Stauffer. deceased, sale of real estate was confirmed. Application for letters upon the estato of Henry Hales, deceased, was made by Charles Eric Hogan. Sarah Ann Bersenbark was appointed administratrix of the estate of Monroo Bersenbark. deceased. II. C. Blgelow qualified as an executor of the estate of Emily A. Tyrcll. deceased, and V. C. Gunnell of Ogden, P. Munsny of Lucln and Albert Rlchlns of Grouse i Creek were appointed appraisers. Harry Socgor of Elwood was In this city yesterday and stated that a hunting hunt-ing party had been forpied to hunt In western Box Elder county. Mr. Seeger will pilot the party, which conslstH of Messrs. Harkness and Dlx of tho Davis County Nursery company and Messrs. C. G. Adney and T. G. Brown of Corlnnc.
