Thomas answorcd May 2S, 1007, charging Mrs. Thomas with neglecting her household duties and ovcntually deserting de-serting him. after a period of cruel treatment c'overing sovcu yoars. At the end of six months Mrs. Thomas appeared ap-peared repentant, Thomas alleged, and at her pleadiucs he took her back. This was in October of 1902 and iu the early part of 190G Mrs. Thomas again de-sorlcd de-sorlcd him, ho alleged., this time for good. Thomas assorted that ho had cared for Mrs. Thomas to the best of his ability and said ho was surprised at hor action in bringing suit for separate sep-arate maintenanco.
