Schuyler for the death of her husband. Charles Schuyler. Schuyler was kllleo In tho Gartney railroad wreck over a year ago. The defense de-fense Interposed a motion for a non-suit, because it Is claimed that Schuyler was an Intruder or trespasser on tho express car when he met his death and not engaged en-gaged in his duties at the time. After the motion had been argued. Judge Howell announced that he would take the matter under advisement until Thursday morning. |
