The occasion for Mr. Kern's visit was tho picnic given at Wonderland park under the auspices of tho Associated Hose clubs of Milwaukee, Milwau-kee, where he delivered an nddress tonight. to-night. The picnic was attended by thousands thou-sands of Democrats. Leaving the station. Mr. Kern was driven to tho Planklnlon hotel, thenco to tho park, whore addresses were jnado by A. .). Alward and A. J. Schmidt, gubernatorial guber-natorial candidates for nomination in tho Democratic primaries.
