It is charged that, lato yesterday afternoon Attorney Anthony An-thony Jurich of Ely, accompanied by James Porau, his client, journeyed to Rincltown. a few miles from thin city, held up and robbed the saloon nud gambling gam-bling house of L. Johnson, a partner of Dornn, whom Dorau claims refused to allow him u share of the profits or to withdraw his half of the money invested. invest-ed. Jurich, it ia alleged, held every one in tho room back, flourishing a Revolver and commanding them not to interfere witli Doran as he was taking what belonged be-longed to him. Doran, is Baid secured $190 from the roulette wheel and ensh register. The two men then left hurriedly. hur-riedly. They were arrested hero this morning and released on $500 bail.
