The biggest Christmas gift at the Charles Larson home this year was their son, Dean, who arrived Christmas eve fter spending the past two and one half years as a missionary mis-sionary in Germany. Dean reported re-ported his mission Sunday evening eve-ning at the Eighth ward. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Mitchell left Sunday evening for Iowa to see Mr. Mitchell's grandmother grand-mother who is ill. They made '.heir home in Iowa until recently re-cently when they moved to Bountiful. Mrs. Mitchell is the former LaRee Wade. Mr. and Mrs. John Alley hosted a New Year's eve party Tuesday which was enjoyed by a number of their friends. Games and food provided the evening's entertainment and participants were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Secrist, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Abuckle, Mr. and Mrs LaVance Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Christensen, Mr. and Mrs. Swede Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Owen, Mr. and Mrs George Spery,' and Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Bnyntnn. Guests at the Clyde Watson home from Sunday until Tuesday Tues-day of this week were Mr .and Mrs. Ronald Hall and daughter, daugh-ter, Renelle, of Payson. New Year 1958 was officially offi-cially announced at the Wallace Wal-lace Perkcs home when several sev-eral of their friends helped cheer at the midnight hour.
